COMPANY HISTORY
 

 

Auction Care has evolved over the past ten years.  It started out supporting a small church fundraiser to put more money into a foundation to support under-privileged kids’ attendance to a private school.  Since that event in 1992, Auction Care has supported auctions raising over half a million dollars for different groups.  It has provided the these groups with an easy process of tracking auction items, preparing an auction book, mailings and speedy checkouts at the end of the event.  Auction Care even helps with collection through a comprehensive report detailing each item, with tax for every bid paddle.  Through the years, the program captures past private and corporate sponsors information so you can track your best benefactors. 

 

In 1998, we started actual on-site planning and backroom ‘night of’ assistance for those groups just starting up.  It provided those groups a safety net for success.  Behind the 8 Ball has been supporting fundraising auctions for over 10 years.  We know how to have raise money and have fun doing it!  We will work with your groups on logistics, raffle ideas, book content, silent and live auction decisions – you just provide the volunteers.

 

Check out our pricing.  We ask a small percentage of the net income from your auction.  In other words, we’re invested in your success.  The better you do on your fundraising – the better we do with support costs.  We’re in this together!
